SINW is an AI-powered training platform for strength athletes and their coaches. We provide tools for programming training blocks, logging workouts, tracking progress, and receiving AI coaching insights.
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use SINW. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You retain ownership of all content you create on SINW, including training blocks, workout logs, progress photos, and notes. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is shared only with the service providers necessary to operate SINW, as described in our Privacy Policy.
SINW uses artificial intelligence (provided by Anthropic) to generate training recommendations, coaching insights, and other content. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, fitness, or health advice.
When you use AI features, relevant context from your profile and training data is sent to our AI provider to generate responses. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Anthropic's data handling policies. AI providers do not use your data to train their models.
SINW is a training tool, not a medical device. Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or modifying any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions. You use SINW at your own risk.
We strive to keep SINW available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SINW and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the platform or by email. Continued use of SINW after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
