Print & Scan

Print your training block as a real booklet. Log with a pencil. Photograph the page. AI reads your handwriting and syncs it back to the app.

1

Print

Generate a booklet from your training block. Pick a layout, hit print, fold and staple.

2

Track

Log your sets with a pencil on paper. No phone, no screen — just you and the weights.

3

Snap and it's in the app

Photograph the page. AI reads your handwriting, you confirm the data, and it syncs to your block.

Philosophy

Old school supported by high tech.

Most training apps force a choice: go digital or stay analog. The best tool for logging a set under a barbell is a pencil. The best tool for tracking progress over 8 weeks is a database. Why not both?

Paper when you want it

Print your program. No phone needed. No battery anxiety. No notifications between sets.

Digital when you need it

Photograph what you wrote. AI reads it. Data flows into your block. Progress tracked over time.

Connected by QR

Every printed page links back to the app. Scan to jump to that exact session. Paper and pixels in sync.

No manual re-entry

The worst part of paper logging is typing it all into an app later. AI extraction removes that friction entirely.

Handwriting is natural

Superscripts, checkmarks, dashes, arrows — write however you think. The AI adapts to your notation.

Best of both worlds

Physical presence in the gym. Digital power for analysis. No compromise either way.

Saddle-Stitch Imposition

The booklet layout uses real saddle-stitch imposition math — front and back sides of each sheet are arranged so the pages fall in order when folded and stapled down the spine. Cover on front, content starts immediately, back cover on the outside back.

Print double-sided, fold in half, staple twice on the spine. You get a real training journal that fits in a gym bag.

QR Codes on Every Page

Each workout page gets a scannable QR code that encodes the workout, week number, and member. Scan it to jump straight to that session in the app — bridging paper and digital without friction.

Every Page Has a Purpose

Cover page with block name, member, and a motivational quote. Workout pages with plan columns and dot-grid log cells. Notes pages with date, duration, RPE scale, and lined space. Back cover with app URL. Nothing wasted.

Coaches

Print detailed booklets for athletes. Write session notes in the margins.

Gym floor

Compact booklet in your pocket. No phone needed between sets.

Competition

Peaking blocks printed for meet day. Pencil-track your attempts.

Analog lovers

Full training journal experience. Fold, staple, write.

Scan

Photograph the whiteboard. AI reads the handwriting.

Snap a photo of your gym's whiteboard — or your filled-in booklet page. AI vision extracts every set, expands shorthand notation, and maps it all into your block.

Cell-by-Cell Review

Every extracted value is shown in a review table — extracted vs. corrected columns, editable cells, and confidence indicators per cell. Nothing gets imported without your sign-off.

Hover any cell to see the original extracted value. Correct what needs correcting, leave the rest. Then confirm and the data flows into your log.

Confidence indicators
High confidenceClear handwriting, standard format
Medium confidenceAmbiguous digits or unusual layout
Low confidenceUnclear handwriting — review closely

Shape + color for colorblind accessibility.

Multi-Member Extraction

Group class whiteboard with columns for each member? The AI maps per-member columns automatically. One photo logs the whole class.

Accuracy That Improves

Versionable extraction prompts with admin A/B testing. Re-extract old photos with newer models. Compare results side by side. Mark verified ground truth. The system gets smarter with every whiteboard.

Paper + pixels

The gym doesn't need another screen. It needs a better bridge between analog and digital.
